Overview
We are looking for a cleaner/janitor to do a few jobs in different locations
4pm to clean a office daily
and another practice 3 day a week
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas using various cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and scrubbers
- Maintain custodial standards by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, window washing, and trash removal across multiple facilities
Requirements
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience with knowledge of commercial or industrial cleaning procedures
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment including floor buffers, vacuums, mops, and chemical sprayers
- Excellent attention to detail coupled with a proactive approach to facility maintenance and cleanliness
- Customer service skills to effectively communicate with staff and visitors when necessary
