Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for guiding youth through various processes, ensuring that objectives are met effectively.
Duties
Serve as facilitator for the White Plains Youth Bureau’s, WDAY program which serves Out-of-School youth ages 18 – 24.
Work with youth one-on-one to assist with resume writing, interview preparation, employment strategies, and budgeting.
Assist, when necessary, with the maintenance of program files as required by grant guidelines, and youth follow up including progress tracking and data collection.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
BA or current enrollment in college or university and one (1) year experience in youth services.
