About the Role
Alloy Personal Training in Fayetteville, NY is looking for an energetic, experienced Head Coach to help us continue building something special. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing national franchise with a clear path to multi-unit leadership as we expand across the Upstate NY market.
You'll spend the majority of your time doing what you love — coaching small group personal training sessions (4–6 clients) — while also playing a key role in sales, community building, and developing our team.

What You'll Do
- Lead up to 30–40 small group personal training sessions per week, delivering a best-in-class experience for every client
- Apply Alloy's proven programming with individualized coaching adjustments based on each client's needs, restrictions, and goals
- Support membership sales, lead generation, and grassroots community marketing
- Facilitate "Starting Point" sessions to onboard new members
- Follow up with no-shows and support member retention
- Coach, develop, and mentor part-time staff
- Assist with community events, outreach, and local marketing initiatives
- Maintain a positive, high-energy environment that keeps clients coming back
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of personal training or small group training experience
- Experience in fitness sales or presales
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping people reach their goals
- Strong communicator with the ability to connect with clients across all fitness levels
- Organized, reliable, and tech-comfortable (MindBody or similar software a plus)
- CPR/AED/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Available for evening and weekend shifts
- Positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
