This is a highly physical, hands-on restaurant job where you move between different stations. You will cook on the grill, run the fry station, prep ingredients, and manage the cash register. It fits someone who can handle working on their feet in a loud kitchen with temperature changes and hot oil.
What You Must Have
- Required:
- 18+ years of age preferred but not required
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand basic English
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Access to reliable transportation
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and lift 50+ pounds for an 8-hour shift
- Comfortable working around hot oil and fluctuating kitchen temperatures
- Preferred:
- Valid driver's license
On the Floor
- Cook burgers and operate the fry station.
- Take customer orders at the cash register accurately.
- Prepare ingredients at the dressing and morning prep stations.
- Keep the lobby, kitchen equipment, and dining area clean.
- Communicate loudly and clearly with the kitchen crew to keep orders moving.
