We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee operations at a high-demand apartment community in the Asheville area. This role offers the opportunity to guide a strong team, elevate resident satisfaction, and optimize overall property performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Culture
- Select, onboard, and develop on-site team members
- Provide consistent coaching, direction, and performance oversight
- Promote a collaborative, service-driven atmosphere
- Ensure operational excellence across all departments
Occupancy & Revenue Management
- Oversee leasing efforts, renewals, and pricing strategies
- Review and authorize applications, leases, and concessions
- Analyze financial reports and market data to maximize revenue
- Partner with marketing resources to maintain strong online presence and curb appeal
Resident Experience
- Deliver a responsive, high-quality customer experience
- Address escalated concerns with professionalism and fairness
- Coordinate resident engagement initiatives and community events
- Maintain strong retention through proactive communication
Property Operations & Compliance
- Conduct routine inspections to uphold standards and safety
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and all applicable regulations
- Work closely with maintenance to manage service requests, unit turns, and capital projects
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of multifamily management experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams
- Strong financial acumen and operational oversight skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Flexibility to support weekend or after-hours needs when necessary
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $60,000–$65,000 based on experience
