Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Rock Island, Illinois. This position is ideal for an RN with strong Med Surg and/or Telemetry experience who is comfortable working night shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to Med Surg/Telemetry patients.
- Assess patients, administer medications, and monitor patient conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.
- Follow hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety standards.
- May be required to float across all campuses, including:
- Rock Island
- Bettendorf
- Moline
- Muscatine
RequirementsCertifications
- BLS – AHA required
- ACLS – AHA required
Nursing License
- Active Illinois RN license required at time of submission
- Iowa RN license also required
- Compact RN license accepted.
Important License Requirement: If the Iowa RN license is not currently active, the traveler must provide proof of application for an Iowa single-state RN license or a Compact RN license as part of the compliance packet.

- Night shift
- 3 × 12-hour shifts
- Approximately 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- 1845 start
- 36 hours/week
- Floating between multiple campuses may be required.
