Production and Warehouse Associate Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production and Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily production, packaging, inventory, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will help ensure products are accurately labeled, filled, packed, and organized while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
This position is a great fit for someone who is hands-on, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential, as every product must meet company standards before being shipped or stored.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Label, fill, cap, and package product bottles accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect products during the production process to ensure quality and consistency.
- Box finished products and prepare them for storage, shipment, or distribution.
- Organize warehouse shelves, storage areas, and pallets to maintain accessibility and efficiency.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Support inventory organization by keeping products and materials properly stored and labeled.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production and warehouse area.
- Follow company procedures for handling, packaging, and storing products.
- Assist with order fulfillment and warehouse distribution activities as needed.
- Communicate with team members to ensure production and warehouse tasks are completed on time.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift, move, and organize boxes, materials, and product inventory.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment.
- Ability to follow directions and complete repetitive tasks accurately.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with others.
- Experience using pallet jacks or warehouse equipment is preferred but not required.
- Previous warehouse, production, packaging, or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift 40lbs maximum
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and carry materials or boxes as needed.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on production and warehouse setting.

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
