Responsibilities

- Oversee meat cutting, knife skills, and other culinary techniques to ensure quality and consistency.
- Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and ordering to meet store demands while minimizing waste.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product knowledge.
- Collaborate with store leadership to meet sales goals, optimize workflow, and enhance overall store performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food production, kitchen operations, or the food industry—culinary or restaurant experience is highly valued.
- Strong knife skills and meat cutting expertise are essential for butcher roles.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing teams in a retail or food service environment.
