What You’ll Do:
- Service commercial and residential HVAC systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair RTUs, splits, heat pumps, mini-splits, boilers, and chillers
- Perform preventive maintenance and keep accurate service records
- Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch
- Maintain organized vehicle stock and adhere to safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years HVAC/R service or install experience
- EPA Certification (required)
- Refrigeration experience a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Bonus: ServiceTitan or chiller experience
