We are actively recruiting Master’s-level Social Work (MSW) and Mental Health Counseling (MHC) professionals to join our clinical team. This position is a hybrid operational model: 2 days of in-person clinical care at our brand new Waltham, MA location, with the remainder of your scheduling executed remotely.

- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Mental Health Counseling.
- Recent graduate status or confirmed 2026 graduation.
- Eligible for, or actively working toward, LCSW or LMHC licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
- Capacity to execute a hybrid work structure, including 2 days on-site at Waltham, MA location.

Pay: $42.50 - $87.00 per hour
