We are actively recruiting Master’s-level Social Work (MSW) and Mental Health Counseling (MHC) professionals to join our clinical team. This position is a hybrid operational model: 2 days of in-person clinical care at our brand new Waltham, MA location, with the remainder of your scheduling executed remotely.
This opportunity is engineered specifically for early-career clinicians. We provide a highly structured, education-driven environment designed to transition recent graduates into fully licensed, confident practitioners.

- De-escalation Strategies and Risk Assessment
- Measurement-Based Care and DSM-5-TR Application in Outpatient Practice

⭐ STRATEGIC CASELOAD ARCHITECTURE
We are an inclusive environment where cultural humility drives our patient care. To ensure equitable service and clinical confidence, we do not utilize randomized caseload assignments.
Instead, we employ a strategic matching protocol based on your graduate internship experience, clinical interests, and targeted developmental goals. Because we accept MassHealth, Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance, you are guaranteed a steady referral stream without the burden of independent marketing.
You will gain clinical exposure to diverse demographics, including clients connected to:
- Community-based organizations and schools
- Court-involved or mandated care systems
- Shelter and supportive housing infrastructures
- Nursing homes and older adult populations
- Step-down care following psychiatric hospitalization
