Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Architectural Intern II to join our team. In this position you will work closely with our team of architects and designers on various projects, contributing your skills and creativity to real-world assignments.
Duties:
- Assist in project documentation using REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape
- Collaborate with project managers and architects to develop project plans and timelines
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Conduct site visits and assist in documenting existing conditions
- Support the team in drafting, sketching, and detailing architectural plans
Skills:
- REVIT experience Essential / AutoCAD experience beneficial
- Strong organizational skills to assist in project planning and execution
- Understanding of contract documents and construction drawings
- Ability to draft architectural plans accurately and efficiently
- Proficiency in SketchUp and Enscape / Chaos for creating conceptual designs
- Experience with Government / Military projects a plus
- Design / Build experience a plus
