Job Description: The Sales and Warehouse Associate will be responsible for picking and packing warehouse inventory for incoming orders and assist with customer service and support with incoming calls where needed. This position handles multiple incoming and outgoing voice calls, in-person product demonstrations at conventions and shows, email inquiries, data entry, and other office duties including inventory updating or other clerical work.
Responsibilities:
- Handle multiple incoming/outgoing calls while processing sales orders
- Manage customer accounts
- Resolve product and service problems
- Product information and support to new and existing customers
- PO fulfillment
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- H.S. Diploma, GED or 1-3 years in equivalent experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- PC Competent (Word, Windows, Excel, Outlook)
- Accurate data entry and research skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills

- Starting compensation: $20/hr or $21/hr depending on experience
