What You'll Do:
- Provide hands-on, high-quality intervention under the supervision of an occupational therapist.
- Support children in engaging with sensory-rich, child-led activities that build trust and confidence.
- Implement treatment plans that align with measurable, functional goals.
- Collaborate closely with the OT team and patient families to support therapeutic progress.
- Document patient interactions with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Assist in educating families to integrate therapeutic techniques into their daily lives.

What We’re Looking For:
- Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and licensure in Michigan.
- Pediatric experience, with knowledge of sensory integration preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the job, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing.
