At Sacred Heart Home, our Adult Home community, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents by assisting with medication administration, personal care, and daily living activities. Shift Differentials – $3.50 evenings, $2.50 nights

Assist residents with safe and accurate medication administration in accordance with NYS Department of Social Services (NYSDSS) regulations and facility policies
Maintain and monitor medication carts, ensuring cleanliness and compliance (including removing expired medications)
Safeguard and account for all medication keys, pagers, and controlled substances during shifts
Receive, document, distribute, and properly store medications from the pharmacy
Provide daily personal care assistance with activities such as dressing, grooming, toileting, bathing, walking, and eating
Answer call lights promptly and complete unit rounds as scheduled
Monitor and record resident weights, reporting changes to staff as required
Support residents with laundry, bed-making, and maintaining clean and orderly living spaces
