Collections Training Supervisor

Position Summary and Essential Qualifications:
The duties and qualifications of this position include but are not limited to the following:
● Ability to work on-site
● High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
● Minimum requirement of 2 years in collections or billing
● Proven work history with verifiable references
● Enjoy leadership by training and coaching
● Excellent computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
● Motivation to meet and exceed established goals and strengthen quality of work
● Equipped with extensive current and thorough working knowledge and understanding of all Federal and State laws and regulations governing our industry
● Enforce compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures
● Hands-on management involvement, including the handling of applicable incoming and outgoing department calls, computer system, correspondence, and production
● Accomplished independent work experience and effective time management

Pay: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
