Job Summary: Seeking a Proficient Bilingual Educator
We are actively seeking a dedicated and dynamic educator who can speak Spanish to join our esteemed team at our full Spanish immersion center. While the language primarily used within our center is Spanish, proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with parents.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute engaging lesson plans that adhere to the prescribed curriculum.
- Cultivate the cognitive, motor, and social skills development of preschool children.
- Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment conducive to student growth.
- Evaluate student progress and deliver constructive feedback to optimize learning outcomes.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and parents to provide comprehensive support for student development.
Experience:
- Demonstrated proficiency in teaching, tutoring, or childcare.
- Knowledge of special education methodologies is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills, facilitating effective interaction with students, parents, and peers.
- Previous involvement in curriculum development is desirable.
- Background in daycare, toddler care, or early childhood education is beneficial.
