Job Description: Venture High School is a public charter high school located in Weber County. We are a small school with a collaborative and enthusiastic staff. We are seeking a qualified individual to fill a FULL time position as Receptionist /Office Assistant in our front office.
In this position, you are the first point of contact for parents and students. The qualified applicant will be detail oriented, show an ability to multi-task and problem-solve while maintaining confidentiality with a positive attitude and communicating with all members of our school community with patience and respect. Duties include, but not limited to: answering phones, data entry, minor first-aid, greeting and monitoring visitors, students, and parents, as well as any other projects assigned.
The schedule for full-time will be from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday.
Important note: The schedule will also be the same as the school's calendar with holidays and other days off, which are unpaid (there is a summer schedule). This may be different than other typical full-time positions.
Job Qualifications: The Full-Time position (approximately 40 hours per week), requires working during the school year and in the summer. The hours are 7:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday.

1. Experience with technology (email, spreadsheets, documents)
2. Type at least 40 wpm
3. Strong ability to accurately finish projects in a timely manner
