We are looking for a dependable, hard-working utility team member to support multiple crews throughout the season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, working outdoors, and being a key part of keeping jobs moving efficiently.
This position will float between irrigation, lawn, and landscape crews as needed. No two days are the same.
Responsibilities
- Irrigation Support
- Adjusting and repairing sprinkler heads
- Digging and trenching
- Assisting with spring start-ups and fall blowouts
- Weeding & Turf Support
- Hand-pulling weeds
- Spraying weeds (training provided if needed)
- Potential assistance with fertilizer and weed control applications
- Lawn Crew Assistance
- Weed whipping
- Blowing off hard surfaces
- Mowing and general lawn maintenance
- Landscape Support
- Re-rocking landscape beds
- Dirt work and seeding
- Edging and mulching
What We’re Looking For
- Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
- Comfortable doing physical work outdoors in varying weather
- Ability to take direction and work independently when needed
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Experience is a plus, but we will train the right person
