About the Role
The Vault Newport is a physician-supervised performance and longevity facility serving high-achieving executives. This position combines clinical support, member experience management, sales, and brand content creation. The successful candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for members and as a visible representative of the brand across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with member assessments, lab draws, and protocol sessions; operate facility equipment; maintain accurate member documentation
- Serve as the primary member-facing contact, guiding members through each visit and ensuring a consistent, high-touch experience
- Present membership tiers and service add-ons; manage follow-up communication through the CRM; identify and act on upsell opportunities
- Participate in monthly content production, including short-form video for social platforms, equipment demonstrations, and protocol walkthroughs
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA preferred)
- Experience in med spa, functional medicine, aesthetic medicine, or performance health settings strongly preferred
- Demonstrated comfort and confidence on camera; prior content creation experience is an asset
- Sales experience, with the ability to guide member conversations toward conversion in a consultative manner
- Self-directed work style with strong initiative and attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM systems, booking platforms, and social media tools
