Project Manager Power System Diagnostic Solution (PSDS)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager contractor to support the planning, coordination, and execution of the Power System Diagnostic Solution (PSDS) across multiple pilot sites and regions. This position will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Business Development, Customer Support, Service, and regional teams to ensure successful proof-of-concept (POC) execution, launch readiness, and product adoption.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with experience managing technical product deployments, pilot programs, or similar cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & POC Execution

Support end-to-end project coordination for PSDS proof-of-concept (POC) deployments across multiple regions and pilot sites.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, milestones, risk registers, and action trackers.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and dependencies to ensure deliverables are completed within aggressive timelines.
- Track POC progress, including feedback gathered from technicians and other stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Identify potential roadblocks and work with cross-functional teams to drive timely resolution.
Launch Readiness

Coordinate launch-readiness activities across Product Management, Engineering, Customer Support, Service, Business Development, and regional teams.
- Ensure technical, operational, and business deliverables are completed prior to customer deployment.
- Coordinate deployment requirements such as training materials, readiness checklists, documentation, and supporting processes.
- Support pilot execution, product validation activities, and production-readiness reviews.
- Track outstanding launch items and ensure appropriate owners and completion dates are established.
Requirements Gathering & Documentation

Gather business and technical requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Document functional requirements, user stories, process flows, deployment requirements, and business needs.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirements reviews, and working sessions.
- Partner with technical and business teams to clarify requirements, resolve gaps, and establish alignment.
- Ensure product requirements and deployment expectations are clearly documented and communicated across participating teams.
