Experienced Floor Layer – Affinity Hardwood Flooring
Affinity Hardwood Flooring is looking for an experienced and dependable Floor Layer to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality hardwood flooring installations, refinishing, repairs, and custom flooring projects throughout the Twin Cities area.
The ideal candidate has experience installing hardwood, engineered wood,while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. Candidates should be reliable, self-motivated, and take pride in delivering outstanding results for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Install hardwood, engineered wood,
- Prepare subfloors and job sites
- Complete repairs, trim work, and finishing details
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Qualifications:
- Previous flooring installation experience required
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment
- Positive attitude, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
