Job Description:
As a driver with us, your primary responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and sanitization after each trip, planning efficient routes based on road and traffic conditions, and ensuring safe vehicle operation. Ultimately, you'll play a key role in defining customer satisfaction and ensuring clients rely on us for their transportation needs.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Professional demeanor when interacting with customers
- Reliable transportation to and from vehicle storage location
- Business attire required
Responsibilities:
- Plan driving routes in advance for efficiency
- Arrive at the pickup location fifteen minutes early
- Provide prompt updates to the dispatch team
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage
- Monitor traffic and weather conditions
- Adjust routes to avoid congestion or construction
- Answer client questions about the area
- Maintain cleanliness and comfort of car seats
- Report any issues for prompt servicing
- Perform washing and detailing tasks for interior and exterior cleanliness
Skills:
- Commercial passenger driving experience preferred
- Familiarity with GPS devices
- Knowledge of local roads and neighborhoods
- Ability to lift heavy packages and luggage
- Availability for weekend and night shifts
- Polite and professional demeanor
- Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations
- High school diploma required
- No violent or financial-related criminal convictions
