- Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to develop effective treatment plans tailored to each client.
- Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health considerations, and pain management strategies to support ongoing wellness.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient progress, and any relevant medical information in compliance with privacy standards.
- Ensure exceptional patient service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, listening attentively, and addressing client concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in patient service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction in a med spa or similar setting.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.
- Skilled in various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy for effective pain management.
- Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments to tailor treatments appropriately.
- Familiarity with occupational health principles to promote workplace wellness through therapeutic massage.
- Previous experience in med spa environments is preferred; certification from an accredited massage therapy program is required.
