What You'll Do
As a key member of our litigation team, you will:

Manage civil litigation matters from initial investigation through settlement, trial, or appeal

Develop litigation strategies that align with client objectives and business goals
-
Draft and argue motions, pleadings, briefs, and other legal filings in state and federal courts

Conduct all phases of discovery, including written discovery, document review, depositions, and expert coordination
-
Represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
-
Handle construction defect claims, construction contract disputes, and surety bond matters
-
Advise clients regarding litigation risk, exposure analysis, and dispute resolution strategies
-
Manage commercial and business litigation matters involving contracts, business relationships, and financial disputes
-
Provide insurance defense representation and coordinate with carriers, adjusters, and claims professionals
-
Assist with employment-related litigation and bankruptcy matters as needed

Negotiate favorable settlements and resolutions on behalf of clients
-
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, experts, and support staff to drive matters efficiently and effectively
-
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
-
Active license and good standing with the applicable State Bar

Minimum of 2+ years of civil litigation experience
-
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
-
Experience drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery materials
-
Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Preferred Experience
