We’re hiring an In-Person, High-performing Acquisitions Manager - to work directly with motivated sellers, structure deals, and close consistently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work hot inbound leads daily + build pipeline through consistent follow-up.
- Speak with motivated sellers and uncover real situations
- Structure win-win deals (cash, novations, creative finance)
- Lock up contracts with urgency and confidence
- Manage pipeline, track activity, and hit performance KPIs
- Close In-Person Appointments from your pipeline and from our Associate Acquisitions Team.
This role requires consistent seller facing interactions, follow-up, strong communication, and daily execution.
Performance-Based (No Cap)
- 3–6 deals/month → $8K–$15K/month
- Year 1: $120K–$200K
- Year 2-3 Top performers: $200K+/year = 6-10 deals per month
Expectations
This is a results-driven role. Candidates who succeed here are proactive, accountable, and consistent with follow-up and pipeline management.

Requirements
- 2+ years of Real Estate Acquisitions Experience (Direct-to-Seller Offers)
- Strong communication and emotional intelligence
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and coachable
