- Set up and operate multiple types of production machines such as CNC mills, drill presses, lathes, routers, etc.
- Machine parts and compare them to templates to ensure accuracy.
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints and drawings.
- Use precision measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, and various gauges.
- Maintain accurate data entry in the ERP system.
- Meet company standard times and individual productivity goals.
- Fulfill output requirements while minimizing scrap levels.
- High School Diploma required.
- CNC Certificate preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively.
- Must be capable of quality checking (QC) own work.
- Perform tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
- Ability to perform detailed and precise actions and manipulations.
- Proficiency with both metric and standard unit measurement systems.
- Proficient in utilizing G-code and CAD/CAM software.
- Proven knowledge of machine tooling.
- Ability to safely lift at least 50 pounds.
