About the Role
As an Industrial Machinery Technician, you will ensure the peak performance of advanced material handling and robotic systems. Your expertise in electrical and mechanical diagnostics will be essential in minimizing downtime and optimizing the reliability of high-speed distribution infrastructure.
Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules to ensure system longevity and operational continuity.

Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical faults in motors, conveyor belts, relays, and sensors.

Install and calibrate automated distribution equipment to meet rigorous throughput requirements.

Maintain precise documentation of all repairs and maintenance activities to support data-driven decision-making.

Manage departmental spare parts inventory to ensure critical components are always available.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold the highest standards of site safety and equipment efficiency.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or technical training.

Proficiency in utilizing hand tools and power equipment for mechanical repairs.

Strong computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 50lbs, climbing ladders, and navigating industrial environments.

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions in high-pressure situations.

Associate degree or vocational certification in electrical or mechanical engineering technology.

Prior experience with CMMS platforms and predictive maintenance workflows.

Advanced knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including 480V, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Proven ability to interpret complex electrical schematics and technical blueprints.

Experience with LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) protocols and OEM safety standards.

Background in maintaining automated conveyor systems and robotic controls.
