Experience
- Prior classroom experience teaching K-8 students in a dynamic educational setting
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development for early childhood and middle school learners
- Experience working with children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education accommodations
- Knowledge of childhood development principles relevant to music instruction and behavioral management strategies
- Familiarity with classroom management best practices to foster an engaging learning environment
- Proficiency in using learning technology tools such as LMS platforms for lesson planning, assessments, and communication
- Experience in private school settings or Montessori environments is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators
- Background in literacy education, math integration, or library services enhances instructional versatility
