Healthy Weight Loss 4 U is seeking a motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our Lighthouse Point team. We are a fast-paced wellness practice focused on personalized care, weight management, body contouring, and wellness services.
We’re looking for someone who is professional, personable, organized, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, and can adapt as our practice continues to grow.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience and grow within the health, wellness, and medical spa industry.
Spanish-speaking/bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.
Position Details
Job Type: Part-time
Hours: 15-20 hours per week
Pay: $15–$20 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Saturday availability; Rotating Saturdays 9:00 AM–2:00 PM are REQUIRED( 2 Per Month)
No nights
Location: In person – Lighthouse Point, FL
Training: All required training is paid

Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide a positive front-desk experience
- Assist with patient check-in and weigh-ins
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Support counselors and providers with basic patient-care needs
- Answer phones and assist with general patient inquiries
- Complete follow-up and patient care calls
- Perform general administrative and front-office responsibilities
- Help maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming environment
