What You'll Do
· Make outbound calls to existing customers to introduce seasonal promotions and offers.
· Listen actively to customer needs and match them with the optimum travel opportunity.
· Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in our database.
· Meet and exceed weekly call and reservation targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Bring
· A clear, confident, and friendly phone presence.
· Strong listening skills and the ability to think on your feet.
· Comfortable using basic computer tools.
· A positive, resilient attitude—especially when handling objections.
