The Tall Ship Boston is looking for a Retail Associate to join our team for the season!
This is a great entry-level position for someone who enjoys working with people in a fun, fast-paced waterfront environment. The Retail Associate will assist guests with merchandise purchases, restock inventory, maintain displays, and help keep the retail area organized and welcoming throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with merchandise purchases
- Operate the point-of-sale system
- Restock and organize retail inventory
- Maintain clean and attractive merchandise displays
- Answer guest questions and provide friendly customer service
- Support the team with general retail operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Friendly, outgoing, and reliable
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift
- Retail experience is a plus but not required
