Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.

- Handle food with care, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Execute cooking techniques such as grilling, sautéing, baking, and frying with precision and efficiency.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by managing multiple tasks including food prep, plating, and garnishing.
- Maintain proper food handling procedures during meal preparation to ensure freshness and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food presentation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable.
- Proven kitchen experience in a restaurant or food industry setting demonstrating strong culinary skills.
- Knowledge of food handling practices, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations.
- Skilled in knife techniques, meal preparation, and general food production methods.
- Experience with menu planning, catering, and serving is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
