About the role
Retrevr is building a high-energy outbound sales floor, and we're looking for competitive, motivated people to be the engine of it. You'll run high-intensity calling sessions, book qualified meetings, and hand them to our closing team. We pay for output, not for hours in a seat — when your numbers are in, your day is done.
This is not a call center job. We don't sit you in a cubicle to dial for six hours straight. We run short, high-energy calling sessions — focused sprints where the whole floor is locked in together — followed by smart follow-up, not endless mindless dialing. It's intense while you're on, and then you're done. This is phone sales, not phone volume for its own sake.
This is for people who want a short, focused workday and real earning upside, not a 9-to-5 they clock out of. Top performers here out-earn full-time salaries in part-time hours.
What you'll do
- Run high-energy outbound calling sessions — focused, fast, and competitive
- Hold genuine conversations with prospects and book qualified meetings
- Confirm and follow up on booked meetings so they actually show
- Hand off well-prepped demos to our closing team
- Keep clean notes and hit a clear weekly meeting target
What we're looking for
- Competitive self-starters who keep their own score and don't need to be told to dial
- Strong, confident phone communication and the resilience to handle rejection
- People motivated by commission and a number on the board
- Reliability — you show up for your scheduled calling sessions
- Sales or phone experience is a plus, but drive and coachability matter more
