Quality Associate
Company Overview
Military & Commercial Fasteners Corp is looking for individuals with values, skills, and commitment to service that will help our team pursue our goal. Our core purpose is the personal and professional success of those we serve. It’s a big list that includes our employees, our families, our customers, our suppliers, and our community. Our ability to solve problems and execute solutions in a high demand, high pace environment defines our success.
We are a privately owned small business headquartered in York, PA. Our core business is industrial manufacturing. We are a distributor and a maker of parts used to build OEM equipment. We also kit and package those goods, operate a precision metal cutting CNC shop, and provide 3rd party logistics management services to our customers.
The company celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2022 and we have been experiencing significant growth. Our team is currently 100+ employees and growing. Since 2018, we have doubled in size while maintaining our key focus of accepting our customers’ most demanding challenges and solving them when others say “No”. As of August of 2023, we continue to experience growing demand and double-digit growth.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a passionate individual that knows how to act and embrace responsibility. Our most successful contributors are adaptive, resilient, and welcome all feedback. This role requires a seasoned ability to build strong relationships within our organization, with our customers, and with our suppliers. We will first prioritize candidates with the character and personality that best fits our culture and team. Experience in distribution quality, operating within an ISO9001/AS9100 Quality Management System, and warehouse operations is highly recommended.
As a small business entity, we often find that a willingness to wear different hats in the organization is required.
