Kosmo Machine, a premier precision and climate-controlled contract manufacturer machine shop, specializing in CNC milling and turning, EDM machining, custom welding processes, and critical component reconditioning, is looking for a full-time Custodial Support team member who takes pride in keeping things clean and organized. This role plays a key part in maintaining our reputation as the cleanest shop in Richmond. You’ll be joining a fast-paced, engaging work environment where attention to detail matters. - Start at $18; range from $18 to $22 per hour; non-exempt FLSA class, or $37,440 to $45,760 annually.
- Early Shift, Early Departure: Work schedule is 7:00am-3:30pm M-F.

An Eye for Precision: Ensure production zones, restrooms, breakrooms, outside areas and equipment are clean and maintained. This includes:
- Motivated Reliable: A dependable team player with a proven track record of excellent attendance and
punctuation. -
Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maneuvering safely around industrial machinery.

Safety-First Mindset: Familiarity with handling cleaning solutions and working around machinery (prior
manufacturing environment experience is a plus). -
Eligibility: U.S. Citizenship, a valid VA Driver's license (good driving record), and the ability to pass a background check/drug screen (including marijuana) are required.
