We're seeking a coachable, intuitive, and proactive Construction Superintendent who wants to build exceptional homes alongside a team that values integrity, communication, and continuous improvement. This position is intended for experienced residential home building professionals. Successful candidates will have previous experience managing the construction of residential homes from foundation through final completion. While we greatly respect the skilled trades, this role requires an understanding of how the entire home building process comes together.

Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of residential home building experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or equivalent field leadership role
- Demonstrated understanding of residential construction from site preparation through homeowner handoff
- Ability to manage multiple homes while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Strong scheduling, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication with homeowners, trade partners, suppliers, inspectors, and teammates
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: $65,000+ (based on experience)
- Performance-based bonus opportunity of $10,000–$15,000 annually
