We are a well-established general dental practice in Towson, Maryland, currently operating with five operatories and expanding to ten. We are 100% fee-for-service, but what really sets us apart is the energy in the office. One of the first things people notice when they walk in isn’t the technology or the equipment; it’s the vibe. Our team genuinely likes coming to work, and that makes a huge difference for our patients and for us.
We are not a DSO. Our founding dentist performs nearly every procedure in-house, from extractions and endodontics to implants and All-on-X cases. He is looking for an associate to mentor into that same level of clinical excellence. We aren't just looking for someone to staff a chair; we want to help someone grow into a high-level clinician with a clear path toward partnership.

Because the practice is fully systematized, the scheduling and hygiene flow are already built out. This means you can focus entirely on dentistry rather than logistics, and you actually get to leave on time.
You will also have access to genuine, hands-on mentorship. You can expect training across the full scope of general dentistry, including surgical and implant procedures. Our founding dentist truly enjoys teaching and wants to share his expertise with someone hungry to learn. Our patient base is loyal and established, consisting of fee-for-service patients who value quality care and trust our process.
Compensation and Growth
Most of our associates can expect to earn between $200,000 and $350,000 annually, with significant upside as your clinical skills and production increase through mentorship. For the right person, we are also looking for a long-term fit with a real buy-in or partnership opportunity.
We offer a flexible schedule with four to five days a week available, depending on your personal goals and lifestyle needs.

We need a dentist who is licensed in Maryland (or license-eligible) and has a strong chairside manner. We’re looking for someone who wants to be taught, not just employed.
