About the Role
As a Precision CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and setup of advanced manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality components. You will play a vital role in optimizing production workflows, ensuring dimensional accuracy, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within our fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities-
Execute precise CNC machine setups and operate equipment to meet production targets and quality specifications.

Perform in-process inspections, deburring, and manual finishing to ensure parts meet rigorous engineering standards.

Proactively manage tool presets and prepare necessary tooling for upcoming production runs to minimize downtime.

Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and peak operational performance.

Maintain accurate visual control systems and documentation to track production progress and quality metrics.

Engage in collaborative problem-solving and support the development of effective countermeasures to resolve manufacturing challenges.

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a machining or manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in CNC machine setup, operation, and making necessary offset adjustments.

Strong ability to interpret complex blueprints, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

Familiarity with various CNC control interfaces such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Okuma.

Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a standard industrial environment.

High school diploma or equivalent certification.

Experience with advanced troubleshooting of machining processes.

Demonstrated history of participating in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement projects.

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
