Welcome and consult with customers to understand their vehicle needs

Present and explain available vehicle protection packages after financing, ensuring customers understand their options without pressure

Maintain consistent, proactive communication to build and maintain customer relationships

Collaborate with dealership teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
