Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Pay: $1,728/gross week ($48/hour, 36 hours/week)
- Anticipated duration of assignment: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Day Shift, three 12-hour shifts per week
Key Responsibilities:
The Radiologic Technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations using x-ray equipment and ensuring the quality of images produced. The X-ray Technician/Radiologic Technologist must be able to accurately position patients and adjust equipment settings to obtain the best possible images.
- Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations according to physician orders.
- Prepare, position, and educate patients for imaging procedures.
- Produce quality diagnostic images while minimizing radiation exposure (ALARA).
- Must be able to sit for the registry for CT
- Accurately document procedures in the electronic medical record and PACS.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.
- Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification in Radiography (R)
- Current Texas Medical Board MRT license
- 1+ years experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality patient care.

Payroll information:
- Pay period runs Sunday through Saturday
- Pay is issued the following Wednesday
