We're looking for an experienced Real Estate Disposition Specialist who knows how to market wholesale deals, build buyer relationships, and help maximize assignment fees.
If you've worked for a wholesaling company before, that's a huge plus.
Responsibilities
Once our acquisitions team secures a property under contract, you'll take over the disposition process by:
* Researching and skip tracing cash buyers and investors in the property's market
* Building and maintaining targeted buyer lists
* Calling investors to present available opportunities
* Following up consistently until the property is sold
* Creating professional marketing materials for each property
* Posting deals to Facebook groups, investor websites, email campaigns, and other marketing channels
* Answering buyer questions regarding the property
* Coordinating property walkthroughs when needed
* Gathering and organizing buyer feedback
* Maintaining accurate notes and activity inside our CRM
* Working closely with our acquisitions team to ensure smooth transactions

Requirements
* Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
* Ability to work during U.S. business hours (Central Time)
Strongly Preferred
* Previous experience working for a real estate wholesaler
* Experience selling off-market investment properties
* Knowledge of ARV, repair estimates, assignment contracts, and investor terminology
* Experience using skip tracing tools
* Experience with CRM systems
* Familiarity with Facebook investor groups and online marketing platforms
Our ideal candidate is someone who:

Pay: $80,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
