Business Title:
- Canning & Bottling Production Operator
Job Purpose:
- To operate and maintain canning and bottling production equipment, ensuring the efficient and safe packaging of products while adhering to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor canning and bottling machinery, including fillers, cappers, labelers, and conveyors.
- Perform quality checks on finished products, ensuring proper sealing, labeling, and packaging.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions, escalating complex issues to maintenance personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation and safety regulations.
- Adhere to production schedules and meet output targets.
- Accurately document production data, including quantities, downtime, and quality control results.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to canning and bottling operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production progress and any issues encountered.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Working hours are M-F 6:00 am-2:30 pm.
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a canning or bottling production environment
- Experience operating canning and bottling equipment
- Experience with quality control procedures
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

- Ability to operate and maintain canning and bottling equipment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
