Healing Rock Recovery is a leading provider of integrated behavioral health services, specializing in substance use disorder treatment through Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs. In this full-time, on-site role, the Medical Assistant provides both clinical support and care coordination. Reporting to the Director of Medical Services, you will assist with medical tasks while managing clients' care plans, referrals, and treatment continuity. Your dual role helps ensure a seamless, holistic approach to each client's recovery journey.
Clinical Support:

Administer injectable medications and perform phlebotomy within Montana's allowable scope of practice

Support onsite medical care for PHP and IOP clients

Monitor and record vital signs with precision

Ensure clinical compliance, infection control, and safety protocols

Assist providers with exams, procedures, and medication management
Administrative Support:

Schedule medical and clinical appointments, both in-person and via telehealth

Maintain accurate client records in Kipu EMR (training provided as needed)

Assist with client intakes, group session setup, and client flow coordination

Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support integrated care delivery

$39,000 to $50,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation, sick leave, public holidays, and maternity and paternity leave.
