DTC Workforce Management is looking for highly motivated individuals to fill a sales associate position.
Job Type: Full-Time Shift: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 8 am - 5 pm Pay: $15.50 per hour Lunch Break:
Duties:
- Communicate with clients daily via phone or email (Not Cold Call Sales)
- Provide quotes for products tailored to the client’s needs, including taking measurements and determining the proper style and fit of the product needed
- Receive and place orders
- File papers and maintain an organized work area
- Answer incoming calls
- Qualifications:
- Proficient math skills (quotations for clients rely on accurate measurements)
- Ability to understand and use measurements and mathematical formulas related to angles, slopes, and diameters, and use a calculator
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of phone and email etiquette
- Ability to follow instructions with-in a sales environment
