University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide exceptional care and support to clients in White Lake, MI. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety in their own homes.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Administer medications according to care plan and company policies.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior to supervisory staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
- Previous experience in home care or healthcare is an asset, but NOT required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and families.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Pass background check.
- Competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour, paid twice per month.
