Position Overview
Bahamian Empress Notary LLC is urgently hiring professional, reliable, and motivated Notary Publics to join our growing mobile notary team in South Florida. This is a full-time or part time 4- 8 hour daily position designed for individuals who are driven, customer-focused, sales oriented and ready to earn through performance.
As a Mobile Notary, you will travel to clients to facilitate notarizations, provide exceptional service, and represent a luxury-standard brand in the notary industry.
Compensation Structure
- Commission-Based Pay: Earn 30% commission on all completed services
- Weekly Pay: Reliable and consistent weekly payouts
- Bonus Opportunities: Additional incentives available based on performance and productivity
Probationary Period
- 3-Month Trial Period
- During this time, performance, professionalism, and reliability will be evaluated for long-term placement and growth opportunities within the company.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time Position & Part-Time hours available
- 8-hour workdays ( you choose when and where you work! )
- Regular work Schedule is Monday through Friday 8a.m. to 8p.m.
- Paid extra for hours between 8p.m. and 12a.m.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to client locations (homes, offices, hospitals, etc.)
- Perform notarizations in compliance with Florida laws
- Provide a professional, punctual, and luxury-level client experience
- Maintain accurate records of all notarial acts
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Pass out marketing materials and cards
- Build business relationships with the community to get leads which should convert to sales ( law offices, Doctors offices, etc )
- Must be able to purchase, maintain an active E&O insurance ( Errors & omissions, which is about $21/month with Next insurance) and provide proof of an active E&O insurance to your Employer, monthly.
Requirements
- Active Florida Notary Public Commission ( Must have to work with us)
- Reliable transportation (this is a mobile role)
- Strong communication, sales and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently
- Able to pay for and pass a background check ( we use checkr)
