Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to multiple departments, including purchasing, order processing, and customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and capable of managing a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with purchasing activities, including vendor communications, order placement, and tracking inventory needs.
- Support order processing by entering and reviewing customer orders accurately.
- Provide backup coverage for order entry and related administrative functions.
- Assist the call center by answering customer inquiries and providing support during busy periods.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and team members.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
- Work closely with management and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative, customer service, purchasing, or office experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dependable, professional, and willing to assist where needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.04 per hour
