Duties
- Supervise and motivate field teams to achieve operational goals while maintaining high safety standards.
- Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members to support their professional growth.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal departments to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of work activities, safety incidents, and project milestones for reporting purposes.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks across all sites.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field supervision or a similar leadership role within the industry.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, quality assurance procedures, and operational best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and proactive approach to resolving on-site challenges.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel frequently between sites.
- Nice-to-have: relevant certifications such as OSHA safety training or industry-specific credentials.

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
