The Inclusion & Support Staff Specialist facilitates and supports the successful participation of students with neurodiversities and diverse developmental needs within an inclusive preschool setting. This position works collaboratively with faculty and families to promote each child's growth, learning, and engagement in the school community.
Candidates must have direct experience working with children with neurodiversities and/or diverse developmental needs. A bachelor's degree in Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field is preferred. An associate degree in a related field is required.
Candidates must be flexible with the ability to work collaboratively and independently. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday.
