Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and driving sales in our retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with customers to determine their needs
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately
- Sell products by providing in-depth product knowledge
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to perform basic retail math calculations
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
